Return Policy

Idman is dedicated to ensuring a seamless customer experience with our premium, carefully crafted products. However, due to the nature of our luxury items, we have a strict return policy in place.

Conditions for Returns:

We only accept returns under the following circumstance:
Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives with visible damage or is malfunctioning, you may be eligible for a return. Each case will be reviewed and verified by our team before approval.

Important Guidelines:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the full packaging, including any additional materials or inserts.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Fees:

Please note that all return requests are subject to a processing fee of AED 18, which will be deducted from the refund amount or charged during the process.

How to Initiate a Return:

To begin the return process, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at info@idman.ae. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs of the product showing the damage or defect, if applicable.

Additional Notes:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days once the return is approved. Subject to bank and payment method.
Shipping fees and custom duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.
